Mahāmudrā Sound

Silvio La Cava trained in the use of Tibetan singing bowls, graduating in three levels at the school of Tibetan Master Thonla Sonam in Milan. He practices individual and group sound treatments, including the Merkaba method. Through courses taught by Francesco Tormen (Ca' Foscari University), he deepens his knowledge of sleep yoga and lucid dreaming. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Kunpen Lama Gangchen Buddhist center, where he holds meditation sessions in Albagnano (VB) and Milan.

In the past, as in the present, he has produced electronic music; his discovery of Dharma and extensive training in the use of Tibetan singing bowls have allowed him to shift the focus of his musical passion to the research and application of holistic techniques that promote individual well-being.

The Mahāmudrā Sound project focuses on essentiality, promoting activities dedicated to inner transformation through contemplative meditation, combined practices of mindful presence, and the vibrational power of Tibetan singing bowls, ensuring experiences accessible to all.
